Growing a Beauty Audience From Zero in 90 Days
Starting with no followers is an advantage: nobody is watching while you learn. Use the first ninety days to get fluent, and growth becomes a by-product of practice.

Days 1–30: pick a lane and post daily-ish
Choose one narrow subject — affordable skincare for oily skin, or skincare for busy mothers, or budget glow-ups under R300. Narrow beats broad because narrow is memorable.
Aim for four to five posts a week. The goal is reps, not perfection.
Days 31–60: double down on what worked
Look back at your top three posts and ask what they had in common — the topic, the hook, the format. Make five more of those. Most creators abandon a working format far too early.
Days 61–90: build community, then convert
Reply to every comment, remember names, and go live once a week even to five people. A hundred people who feel known will out-buy ten thousand who scroll past.
Only now add consistent product links and offers. Trust first, transaction second.
What to do when growth stalls
Stalls are normal around week six. Change the hook, not the whole account. Keep the niche, keep the cadence, and let compounding do its work.
